As she continues to evolve, so does her practice and the way she guides her classes. Her current studies are focused on acupuncture, mantra, pranayama and yoga Nidra.

The National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) procedure, or five-point auricular acupuncture, works in conjunction with other behavioral treatments. Using very fine needles, this method can help with the following conditions:

Recovery from substance or behavioral addiction

PTSD

Anxiety/Agitation

Insomnia

ADHD

Detoxification

Sense of connection

Mental clarity

The treatment is non-verbal and is effective regardless of your motivation or belief and improves the effectiveness of other components of healing. Providing this procedure in a community setting creates an environment that is reassuring and validating, along with providing connection and support. Guided meditation with the needles in place allows you to focus, to let go of tension and connect with your inner wisdom/ higher power.
