Christie Spudowski
Christie Spudowski, LMSW, IMH-E, is a psychotherapist and consultant specializing in the early years of parenting and complex trauma. Her work is grounded in the belief that how we show up for our children begins with how we care for ourselves.
With advanced training in Infant Mental Health, attachment-based therapy, and trauma-focused care, Christie helps parents and parents-to-be navigate the tender space between their own history and their hopes for their family. Whether she is exploring the impact of a parent’s own
upbringing, addressing patterns they don’t want to pass on, or supporting the bond between parent and child, her goal is to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and deeply supported.
Christie understands that the parenting journey can be both beautiful and overwhelming—especially when it stirs up old wounds. She partners with families to tend to those parts of their story, so they can step into parenthood with clarity, confidence, and connection.
